1030 Hair is responsible for all card and PayPal transactions made on our website. Card payments are processed using Shopify merchant services, and all credit card details are entered on a secure page and transferred using SSL to securely encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal services or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, refunds for opened, cut/layered, or custom products are prohibited, and all sales are final. Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached. All orders must be returned unopened in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges must be be made within 14 days of recorded receipt. Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit. Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange. Therefore, we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items. *Customised or cut & layered products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. Heat-Free Curl Sets cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance for hygiene reasons.
Cancellations

Pricing
The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). Prices in GBP may be converted into a number of different currencies. We make every effort to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of products and services may fluctuate, and all advertised prices are subject to change. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you via email detailing the correction.
Availability
At 1030 Hair, we make every effort to keep our product availability up to date. However, if a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to either wait for the product to become available with an estimated delivery date or cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
